Corey Saltsider
Corey boasts over 15 years of experience in construction, insurance, and restoration. He has held management roles at prominent building material supply and contracting firms and has been an owner/shareholder in several corporations, including general contractors, public adjuster firms, and insurance agencies. He has personally inspected thousands of homes for damage and maintenance concerns and possesses a level of expertise that surpasses that of most individuals. With an understanding of all facets of the construction and insurance sectors, Corey is adept at managing even the most complex projects from inception to completion with efficiency.
Christine Saltsider
Christine Saltsider is a master coordinator and meticulous organizer. She has dual master's degrees in Education and History as well as a Bachelor's in Psychology. She spent nearly a decade serving underprivileged communities as a special education teacher in Chicago and has become an expert in anticipating and addressing the needs of those under her charge. Christine also has 3 years experience in Construction logistics and has a solid understanding of industry patterns. Christine handles customer experience as well as material order creation and logistics. While Corey may be frequently seen in the field, Christine works diligently behind scenes to ensure your project runs smoothly and is a positive experience.

Our Mission
Corey and Christine created Saltsider Construction to be a contracting company that is more like a helpful neighbor than a corporation. With over 15 years of construction experience, we have worked with numerous companies on projects all over Chicago and Milwaukee. Through our experience, we have learned that many contracting companies tend to expand to be way larger than is needed. Purchasing trucks, renting office space, hiring staff, paying salesmen, etc. To pay for everything, they pass the costs on to the customer. This results in high contract prices. Saltsider Construction is dedicated to remaining a streamlined, no frills company. We keep our costs down as much as possible and that translates directly to our surprisingly low pricing without compromising quality!
